Local Delivery

How can I get next day free delivery? Just place your order of $100 or more on our website or call 780-484-5692 to place your order directly with one of our experienced sales representatives and your order will be delivered the following business day.Deliveries under $100 will be subject to a $14.88 delivery fee unless otherwise specified.

Store Pickup

When can I pick up my order? If you would like to pick up your order at our office, simply place your order online, and when you check out select (Pick UP) for your delivery method and we will have your order ready for pick on the following business day. If you would like your order processed sooner, please specify in the notes section, or call us at 780-484-5692 and we will try to have your order ready ASAP for pick up. Please note that some of the featured products in this catalog and on our website are special order items, and are therefore not available for immediate In Store Pick Up. We will provide you with an ETA on your special order and call you as soon as your order is available for pick up.

Orders Outside The Edmonton Local Area

When can I expect my delivery? Your order will be shipped via Canada Post, Fed-Ex, Purolator or UPS depending on where you are located. We will choose the mode of transportation that will insure the earliest possible delivery. You can expect your order within 1-3 business days depending on where you are located in Alberta. Orders outside of major shipping centres will take longer


When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound

Returns Policy

  • 1. No returns will be accepted after 90 days from the invoice date. In order to be processed, all defective returns must have an explanation of the issue.
  • 2. No returns will be accepted on products discontinued by the manufacturer.
  • 3. We recommend that returns on printers/hardware must be handled with the manufacturer directly. End-users must register printers for warranty.
  • 4. Restocking charges of 20% will be billed to the customers on non-defective merchandise or customer error. Product has to be in resalable condition. Damaged boxes or stickers on outer packaging will be automatically refused.
  • 5. Special orders and machines are not returnable.
  • 6. Please send all goods prepaid. If needed, we can provide a label that will be deducted from the credit.
  • 7. We will return/ discard refused or non-defective.
  • 8. Serial numbers are required for items carrying them.
